WMTA, in joint venture with Wood Banani Bouthillette Parizeau, a mechanical and electrical engineering firm, lead the Owner’s Advocate Consultant Team (OACT) for this project. The OACT has provided Defence Construction Canada and CSEC with strategic, technical and professional advice, has prepared many key proposal call documents, reviews submissions, monitors performance and quality and served as the independent commissioning agent.
