Life Sciences Research Institute

The Life Sciences Research Institute (LSRI) is the result of the collaborative effort of Dalhousie University, Capital Health, the IWK Health Centre and the Life Sciences Development Association.  The intent is to co-locate research groups working in the life sciences sector and create scientific synergies. An Integrated Animal Care Facility, a joint vivarium facility for Dalhousie University’s Medical School and the Brain Repair Centre, occupies the entire fourth floor.

In association with WHW Architects/ WMTA were responsible for the Laboratory and Animal Facility.
